Here is the hierarchy of contacts:..Eduardo Viera SA: I met Eduardo in Vigo Spain at his headquarters. He has many fishing and factory operations all over the world including 9 factory ships and two processing plants in Senegal...Anibal Serafin Fernandez Souto is the guy in charge for Eduardo in Senegal. His mobile is +221 638 5152.Nouveau Quai de Peche.B.P. 1557 Dakar Senegal.+221 889 6868 office.823 6861 fax.senevisa@vieirasa.sn.www.vierasa.sn.home address:.Avda Orillamar.B.P. 1075 36202 Vigo Spain.986 21 32 00 home..Captain of this boat (Marsor Primero) is Francisco Lopez Rodriguez: mobile 34 986 44 36 39 or 34 609 44 9801.or reach him thru the office above..Francisco worked in Newfoundland before the cod were all fished out. His factory trawler flies a Senegalese flag and can hold 140 tons of fish/Octopus. They usually fill the boat in about 21 days at sea. The trawler holds 250,000 liters of gasoil and goes thru about 3,000 liters a day. The ship is about 38 meters long. Francisco says whenever he gets near an IUU Korean boat doing a bottom trawl that the ocean is dead all around him.....600,000 Senegalese participate in the fishing industry. When you multiply that number times the 6 or 7 kids they each have and other dependents, you can see that this is a significant percentage of the 12 million Senegalese. Eighty percent of the fish caught are caught by artesinal fishermen.
