Wild Horses Processed at Palomino Valley

Nearly 900 wild horses brought in from the Jackson Mountains are processed at Palomino Valley holding facility.  Horses that are sorted into mares and foals, stallions and then given vaccinations and a freeze brand. Cary Frost, a BLM wrangler moves horses through the chute to be worked on.
